Our rapid health check service provides a quick yet thorough assessment of your project or program, focusing on the first half of our DELIVER approach: Discover, Examine, Learn. The health check is designed to identify any potential risks, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance project outcomes, all within 1 WEEK. The process begins with a 1 hour kick-off meeting to align expectations and establish the scope. We discuss the project in a 2-4 hour workshop with key stakeholders to gather insights, followed by a comprehensive review and examination of relevant project documents and metrics. Our findings are compiled into a detailed report and presented to you in a final 1 hour meeting, offering actionable recommendations to improve project performance and mitigate risks. This rapid health check helps ensure your project stays on track and delivers the desired results efficiently.
