Our CEO retired as a Director at AIPM yesterday!

James is passionate about Program/Project Management and to improve the way people and organisations deliver their strategic objectives. His Project Management journey started in the UK as a Chartered Engineer. He has more than 20 years’ experience in all major facets of strategy implementation and Program Management, and is an approved trainer in AgileSHIFT®, MSP®, P3O® and PRINCE2 Agile®. James is coaching executives in how to deliver their strategies leveraging PMLogic’s principle-based strategy implementation method, he is the co-author of the Strategy Implementation Gap, and he is lecturing Master Project Management classes at Australia’s top universities (USyd, UTS, WSU & QUT).

Our CEO, James Bawtree retired as a Director at AIPM yesterday, November 25th, 2021. He has been an AIPM member since 2003 and he was National Board Director twice and NSW Chapter President for two terms commencing in August 2015. James was driving improvement of AIPM’s government framework and throughout his time at AIPM he became a widely known thought leader in Business Transformation, Governance as well as in Strategy Operating models.
