Peter and the PMLogic team have done their fair share of bid-writing and tender responses (especially important for winning government projects!), throughout their careers.
Here are his 3 steps and insights into nailing a tender response:
1) Ensuring it's the right project for you- understand the scope and requirements, and make sure you have a compelling solution
2) Getting the right people involved- appointing a bid manager/coordinator and adequate resources
3) Assembling the right content for the response- concise and visually appealing. What's your experience of tender responses been?
