Job Title - PMO/Marketing Coordinator

Location – Sydney, Australia (flexible working arrangements)

We are a Professional Services Consulting business specialising in strategy implementation, program management, change management, business analysis and digital PMO capability.

Seeking a Marketing all-rounder in final years of university with an interest in project/program management to be an integral part of growing our boutique management consulting brand. Preferably starting in a Part Time capacity with max. 20 hours/week, with definite potential for Full Time if a suitable candidate is chosen. Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, Canva, iMovie (or equivalent) and WiX is preferred, but not essential. Previous experience in marketing strategy, branding or content creation will be advantageous. Must be interested in learning more about the project and program management industry as you will be the go-to for content creation.

About You: You are a university student in your final two years of university in any discipline, but preferably Marketing or similar, and you’re interested in how project/program management can enhance your career. You are seeking a Part Time job (max 20 hours a week) with a generous renumeration package that gives you flexibility in where, when and how you work. You’re looking for a small team that will invest in your professional growth and provide you opportunities to practise those skills in a range of projects.

  • Are excited about growing the PMLogic brand and have some proven experience in basic marketing functions (social media, content, email) and are ready to tackle creating a holistic strategy;

  • Are Sydney-based;

  • Possess superior written and verbal communication skills, as you will be liaising regularly with stakeholders both internally and externally;

  • Enjoy and have proven experience in collaborating in a professional setting;

  • Bring innovation and an adaptive mindset to the table- you enjoy dreaming up solutions and better ways of doing things;

  • Will commit to this job as your only part-time job.


  • Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite- especially Teams, Sharepoint, Word and Outlook;

  • WiX (website platform) skills preferred but not essential;

  • Basic video editing skills essential (I.e. iMovie or better), or a desire to learn this skill;

  • Basic graphic design skills (I.e. Canva) preferred
